Overview
Course Description

This course introduces the students to the concepts of networking and computer security. It focuses on enterprise applications, server environments, and cloud architecture. Students will learn critical concepts such as redundancy, availability, and reliability.

What you'll learn
  • How to use computer networks and the tools used to manage them. You'll learn about IP addressing, the structure of computer networks, and the different kinds of network services.
  • How to set up a basic LAN and configure switches and routers.
  • How to troubleshoot common network problems.
  • How to protect your computer from hackers.
  • How to configure it for various network services. Most modern networks use TCP/IP, so knowing how it works is essential.
  • How to install software and the operating system on a computer and troubleshoot problems with system tools.
