Overview
Course Description

A software project management course offers students a broad overview of the software development process, including cost estimation and risk management. They will also develop practical skills and competencies for managing software projects across multiple locations. Students will gain insight into various software projects management practices, such as estimating project scope and budget, monitoring project progress, and reporting progress.
